Yes with the threat of Cornell presumably over, this is tremendously undervalued. If the market were paying attention this should be seeeing a steady increase. It's a bad time for good news I guess. We'll see if the 10q catches some eyes

Next week could get interesting if word gets out that the Cornell deal is paid off. Hope to see mention of it on the 10q
