Lawyers at this level are not prostitutes No one said they were. Even Kozlowski can afford a good one or two.

They hired a lawyer. That is all they needed to say. They have posted two subsequent fluff PRs in a week saying they hired a lawyer. Waste of shareholder money.

hmmm...

Even more laughable are the clowns that think somehow he agreed to be quoted in a press release because cmkx is in trouble with the sec.

It's been confirmed by several people that Glenn's been out of the office and won't be back till tomorrow. While it's common, if sleazy, PR practice to put words in people's mouths, d'you think Glenn is gonna be happy abut this?

Did anyone catch that Chicago Tribune article on Janice Shell????? SCARY????

What kind of responsible attorney takes the ramblings of a couple of crazy guys at face value? What was said in that article was entirely untrue. Dobry just never got over being taken by Mikey Sylver and AZNT, and he blames it all on me.

zen..minor correction to your references: This was a legitimate PR release via "BUSINESS WIRE" (see below)..the "Mysterious" issue was an EDIT & Editorialization by Stockwatch....You should STOP utilizing AND quoting Stockwatch....

zeninvestor32....I've posted here and elsewhere a few times that the only reason I choose to remain and actually add to my position is the law firm and Mr. Glenn. Until that news, it was a followup .0001 play to my qbid and nothing more. I have a comfort level here that makes even reading the bashing a bit amusing because I cannot lose. I still maintain that the bashing, particularly on RB has definitively proven Darwin's theory flawed :)

zen, great post... I wonder how Roger and The Firm are being paid... hard cash, shares, or contingency. If contingency, how sweet it will be for all the obvious reasons.

If cash, I hope we are as strong as you indicate. If shares, well, I'll bet it's a bunch

The ugly points that Zen points out, I couldn't agree more. Melvin has got to go. "mysterious" in a PR what is that.

Zen, just to refresh your memory regarding "Roger Glenn was the first and SOLE reason I bought into this stock AT ALL," you owned 15 million shares before Glenn/Edwards & Angell was announced.

Didn't you?
