Unfortunately at this PPS range, if there were to be a stock deal it would be probably closer to 50 to 100K shares for one share of Xechem Nigeria stock. For some reason I think their target price for the Nigerian stock was close to $20 per share.

Something that was discussed during the IPO issue with Burg.

But then who would trust him.

Guys, it is hard to put it down, but it is over for us with xkem. The courts does not and will not prosecute bad management. THey will not go after fraud most of the time when it is clear. It is not clear here. Not beyond a reasonable doubt. This happens with penny stocks. GLTA
