I agree DD Also---also going out a HUGE limb here BUT look at all the advantages of letting the current shareholders having a piece of this pie-- have ownership in the spun-off company. All share holders would receive 1 share for each 3 shares already owned by todays date of record. Would cut down on class action lawsuits- possible legal/jail time, ect. And then the company would have a in place cheering section instead of constantly reminding new share holders that this did a R./Split then after that mess the company takes us out to dry again with this mess!??
