The 25 mil are preferred shares. The 10.5 mil are connon shares.

Look at the main page for Guard Dog on the Nevada SOS site. It shows par share counts of 25,000,000 and 10,520,500,000. One is preferred shares, one is common shares.

One of those post r/s stocks with pre r/s shares entering the market. Been a while . . . could get real interesting if they had a screwup at the T/A or some brokerage is short LOL.
