The STX/Dell/McAfee PR was discussed at length yesterday on IHub as well as in the CC. It involved a mix-up in reporting, the usual Wave luck. When we get to review the CC, the answer to this will be quite clear.
When the activations start to snowball & the obsolete management vendors start losing customers big-time, there very well could be a bidding war by our established "competitors" to buy Wave with a successful buyer expecting to own the whole enchilada. I would expect the buyout offer to be way up in double digits.
But more likely that Wave holders will decline in this scenario while Wave goes thru many forward splits into enormous multiples of SP increase.....JIMO
