Ronnie - I haven't dug into (or seen breakout) the Q3 volumes/marketshare, but in Q2 HTC had 4.1% of the 32.2M global smartphone units....meaning they sold 1.32M Units

I would think that if royalty is maybe capped at $2 per unit rather than your flat 1% on total revenue numbers, you may get more of an accurate picture?

Data brought that up a while back. If this Google phone is a hit that might push HTC over the 10%.
