Then he would have been selling it instead of keeping it a secret. He might even try and counteract the SEC that he is a fraud. But none of those motivations have given rise to production. The obvious answer as each day passes, is he has nothing. If you haven't deduced that after over 2 years of nothing, then by all means keep buying as Alice needs a new pair of shoes.
