Is is possible when WM setup the property ownership that one of its subsidiaries owns the property that the WM branches are built on and then WM could be leasing the bank itself but the property could be owned by one of WM subsidiaries? If so could the WM subsidiary cancel the lease even if it had to pay a penalty to the Leasee now techinally JPM and WM could get it branches back? So maybe the 1.9B would have been just for the banking business with deposits? Is there anyone that would now how to find out who owns the property that the banks are sitting on?
