You got that right that I'm gone from this POS stock...I lost too much money here..Eugene is a damn crook who needs to be dealt with and his time will come...People like that just don't get off too easy...What comes around, goes around...Every PR he released was eaither false or misleading...BEWARE PEOPLE!!! EUGENE IS A CROOK!!! This stock has manipulation written all over it....

I have not seen much of BigPaulBunyan as of late, I seem to remember 50,000+++ dollars invested. I did however see him post on the Stockhouse board on the 3rd of November.

Well all to my disgust Eugene has lied to us all, and i for one am pissed. I may contact a lawyer to see if anything can be done and i uggest everyone here does the same..It may sound like i am being a sore loser but Eugene has downright LIED.. and these guys on the OTC get away with it all the time..And you know what i have lost so much on Quest i would gladly lose it all to shut this down ..Sorry all i am pissed...i was active seeing of the mine is real now i will be active to get this shutdown...This is terrible

The Quest reverse stock split initially will result in a higher share price. This is expected to enhance the Company's ability to raise capital, broaden its appeal to investors, reduce per share transaction fees, and reduce certain administrative costs. Quest's President, Eugene Chiaramonte, Jr., discussed the reasons for the reverse split: "Due to the recent collapse of the global economy and the energy sector, there has been a constriction of credit and liquidity that has adversely affected our access to additional financing required for the continued production volumes at our Pond Creek mine. We believe the reverse split will ultimately position our Company to receive additional access to capital which we believe is in the best interests of our company and our stockholders."

The reverse split will reduce the number of issued and outstanding shares of the Company's common stock from approximately 1,217,418,367 to approximately 121,741,837. The number of authorized shares of common stock will remain unchanged at 2.5 billion...THIS IS ABSOLUTE BOGUS..R/S and keeping the A/s at 2.5 billion.. THis has nothing to do with the economy it sounds like it was the plan all along..I beleived Eugene when he told me NO REVERSE SPLIT.. we all need to get together and do something about this..If any of you know what LAW Firms deal with shareholder Litigation plesse message me
