you're exactly right, SOLM went for ALL 8 infringements and the Court along with the ITC needed to find Toyota fault on all 8.. as you mentioned, the court found Toyota had infringed on 5 out of the 8.. NOT necessary with Tampa Federal District Court and the jury...
