I have a very good feeling about the outcome....esp after the last court hearing which SOLM lost....but I elieve I read somewhere that of the 8 infringemnents the court agreed with 5 of them...and in order for SOLM to have won that case they needed 8 out of 8.

I'm sure a jury trial would see things very different...in particular if they are major components....I can smell the money already!
