It is a helpless feeling...beer does help though. lol.

Seems like at this point it is all a numbers game with little consideration of 'quality'.
Most companies i assume have completed next year's budget (assuming FY end is at the end of Nov)...so those that make it to month end should be ok for next 3 months.
