As of Feb 2004, there was a promotion piece that stated that the O/S was believed to be in the 35 billion range. We know that CMKX stated in PR's that they were retiring shares at this time, not diluting.
The stock trades like it has a 250-500 billion share float. There can be no disputing this.
But this MAY be a very very VERY good thing!!
If in fact there are 30 billion shares O/S, the way this thing trades makes it very obvious there are BILLIONS OF SHARES SHORT. MAYBE EVEN CLOSE TO A TRILLION.
If so, and we have any type of goods, the MM covering game will add fuel to the fire.
I say an announcement of 30-40 billion shares only O/S is JUST as powerful, if not more powerful, than the announcement of macrodiamonds.
Macrodiamonds + 500 billion O/S = no power
Good diamond find + 30-40 billion O/S = EXPLOSION.
Yes, I believe DOLLARS can be hit if the second scenario is true.
It will not be true under the first scenario.
