I was under the impression that your point was geared only to investors like you and I, I mean billionaires. LOL...not institutional mergers(buyout). That would be a mutually agreeable deal that does not constitute a hostile takeover...I could be wrong but, the court order is to protect WAMU from any hostile takeover.
I don't know what buy out you guys are talking about. It ain't in the court docs. The one people are passing around is the order that hires the restructuring specialist in a second or third proposed form. The doc is not signe by the judge therefore it is a proposed order only.
