As far as the other poster I was responding to , that was person was stating " red flags" with no facts to base the allegation. Don't you think the TSX Venture exchange which is much more strict than the US exchanges, has allowed him to be the head of the three companies for a number years , that there mustn't be any socalled " red flags " ?
