I think it's a myth to
assume that Cornell may possibly lose money on SWYV.
They banked enough on the legacy CD to laugh off that 2nd CD even if they never collect another dime on the loan.
Plus if the company goes BK and their sitting on a ton of worthless shares they'll have an automatic tax write off.
That is if they pay any taxes at all??
