Either TS is the stupidest CEO on earth.

Or he is simply a CROOK.

Now if he built no INTRINSIC value for himself and his family, I would consider him just stupid.

But he did build value. He just did it by screwing the common shareholders.

So that makes him a CROOK.

CEO's have a legal responsibility to the common shareholders in a public company.
