Directors furnish their backgrounds to companies when they come in as board members. I wonder how often that info is updated? I checked out Spencer. Kroon and House. Good backgrounds as far as I could find. Neilson is the one that bothers me. The information says he is a Director of Advanced Communications Technologies. I don't see his name anywhere on any current information for that organization nor in the information I find on Encompass Group Affiliates, Inc.(a subsidiary). I am having a heck of a time finding anything current on him and his organization, Altos Bancorp, Inc.
