Its sounds like you might have a permissions problem with your Java software ?

Java installed flawlessly in my new Panther install today. Try running Disk First Aid and also checking permissions. It wouldn't be as easy for you to start over as it was for me when my first install went blooey.

Roni, you're not alone. Many people with 10.3.3 have an incomplete install of Java.
