Java 1.4.2

So, Panther is working well, so far I like it a lot. Got the Java 1.4.2 upgrade in the Software update window. Downloaded it and got a message saying I needed to install the 1.4.1 update before installing 1.4.2.

I went to apple.com, downloaded the 1.4.1 updater for Panther and installed it. Got the same message with 1.4.2--need to install the 1.4.1 update. Did that again. Got the same message with 1.4.2 attempt again.

Off to get ready for work now. Will mess with it again when I return home this evening
