Well, Barton is 101 mm^2, Sempron/Paris is 118 mm^2. Moreover, adequate shipments of those huge 193 mm^2 Opterons and A64's proved that AMD has acceptable yields at SOI now.

So, I'm sure they can make at least 2-3 million of those new 118 mm^2 SOI parts in Q4.

Price structure in Q3 with Paris included: 5 million $60 Bartons, 1 million $100 Paris, 1 million $300 Opteron/A64 for $700 million of total sales and $100 ASP. Not too bad :-)
