zeninvestor32, how many clients have you turned down that paid their reatiner fee? I think YOU are wrong. My father was a lawyer of 40 years, and I worked with him for 21 of those years and spent my life around a lawyer. Again, I'm not a basher, but I think the law firm doesn't mean anything to the value of this stock. This stock will rise or fall upon whatever PRs are released, and ultimately whatever is found in the ground in Canada. Don't get hyped over the law firm, get hyped over what comes out of that huge hole we will dig one day...probably about 6 months from now from my DD. I'm excited and looking forward to tomorrow. I wish we would leave the sub-pennies tomorrow, which is not out of possibility. We're not going to leave sub-pennies because of that law firm. We're going to leave them because of excitement tomorrow, if that should happen, and speculation that this company has found a mother load. I hope we have it, but we have no diamonds yet, no geology reports as to what we have actually got yet, and there will be nothing telling us what it is worth, for sure, until the hole is dug and we see how many carats per ton come out of that hole. We are ALL hopeful that we go crazy tomorrow, and I think we will, but what the price goes to depends on development of a working, profitable diamond mine. We a long ways from being there yet, but I will gladly take gains as we move towards that achievement. Lawyers are necessary to helping us, but they are the the trus basis of ANY gain this stock makes. The bottom line is DIAMONDS. Lawyers, however, are necessary to halp us take this company to where we all want it to be, and I certaily don't discount the advice of counsel. The spike in price becuase we got a law firm to represent was only because people think we're going to the AMEX, or some other board, IMO. We ALL benefitted from that, but that PPS spike is over and done with, and it was money well invested by CMKM.

GOOD LUCK TOMORROW!! We're on the way up the charts!!

I'm also an attorney and to think that a firm of this caliber would take the slightest chance here is hysterical.......here's a firm that's been around for over 100 years with 300 attorneys, a stellar rep and how anyone in their right mind would think they would risk being tarred with "so you're the lawyers who were scammed by that bogus diamond stock with the no bid and .0001 ask and trading BILLIONS of shares a day history 2 weeks before they hired you???????? LOLOLOLOLOL".......

puh....leazeee :)

Good point.

I'm sure bashers will start screaming "What about Enron's lawyers?" and if it comes to that, well then NO lawyer is ever worth trusting.

And c'mon, many penny stocks have hired expensive lawyers: PCBM/SRCI, JGMHA, and so on.
