It appears that all that was done was changing the Name with the Nev SOS, no SEC filings since the 15-12G in 12/06, but this is what is driving in some newer intrest!

hey trader, i posted some new info I got on PMRS and it was deleted. It was actually good stuff. I am contacting IHUB directly to let them know I think the moderator has it out for the stock. I also contacted The Kauderer Group since I found out that Corene Dion hired that firm again to fix her mess. That to me, as a shareholder, is GREAT!!! If Kauderer is involved in a deal, it will be a home run. Im in ASFX which went from .0007 to almost a penny already, not to mention the ten others that I scored in. I research and interview. I buy, and I hold if Kauderer is in the deal. But when I post stuff about a previous devastating loss whereas Kauderer was retained to merge a new company and it gets deleted, WOW, thats worse than loosing my money!!!

ya, that deletion chit gets to my nerves some times (all my get deleted for good reason/lol, but a lot slip threw the cracks) and they way bashers are allowed to post BS with no facts or links to back them up and we cant say chit... or at least we're no suposed to (thats why I get deleted--read my profile/lol)

Hi: From what I understand it was not PMRS that screwed them it was Auto V that did the screwing. A merger was supposed to happen between the two parties. Went to a shareholders meeting, was approved and a 504 was started. It then turns out that a whole bunch of money was stolen and documents filed illegally by the incoming Company and PMRS was forced to walk away from the deal. I understand that they are currently looking for a new merger candidate, which might be why the change was done with the NVSOS. I to am holding a whole bunch of the stock and hoping and awaiting the best.
