Hi: From what I understand it was not PMRS that screwed them it was Auto V that did the screwing. A merger was supposed to happen between the two parties. Went to a shareholders meeting, was approved and a 504 was started. It then turns out that a whole bunch of money was stolen and documents filed illegally by the incoming Company and PMRS was forced to walk away from the deal. I understand that they are currently looking for a new merger candidate, which might be why the change was done with the NVSOS. I to am holding a whole bunch of the stock and hoping and awaiting the best.
