Tesla...not to sound negative, but in this case being realistic, re: your statement Using "Dollar Cost Averaging" the price becomes insignificant.
....unless the PPS goes up quite a bit, most that have been averaging down from way back have dug themselves a deeper hole...do not forget that many have not bought only in the pennies,but at much higher levels...
btw..what's going on with the "listing" etc...?
