Float and O/S are not the same thing. The float is around 5 million and outstanding is around 30 million shares respectively. A/S means authorized total available for future issuance. Not sure of the exact numbers. But I have seen nothing but the opposite of dilution. The publicly traded float sets the share price. Someone has been playing games with the price, according to the company. However, I've seen this many times. People love trading in accounts with margin enabled. Big players shake the tree and cash strapped people must liquidate everything to cover margin calls. Most would have sold WTWO at a loss to scrape up cash. It only lasts a week or so before the brokers snatch up all the shares. It is obvious how widespread the corruption is by watching the market in general. Always remember cash is king. Using "Dollar Cost Averaging" the price becomes insignificant.
