You didn't see a reverse split coming because its NOT coming. At least not in the near future. Maybe sometime in late 2009 if the economy picks up and they file for an up list. At up list time if they can't get the price of the stock up to the entry point required by the exchange they chose to list on then and only then will they have to do a RS to fill the requirements. We are a long way from that event. I expect many more closings before we even come close.
