Well, let's assume he's another Larry Kudlow or such, not wanting to give up profits earned to subsidize less fortunate people; in essence not wanting to share what they have gained, via taxation. Guess that's the way some people think and they're entitled to their opinion. Fact is everybody always wants more no matter their situation.
