oso; Judge Lynn has already ruled on 25 November 2003 that..."The Court ordered Interdigital and Nokia to advise the arbitration panel that, subject to protecting Ericsson's trade secrets, the Court would make available to the arbitrators any document they request. (June 3 Order, page 3, line 16.)

further down that page..."Nokia has not moved the Court to make specific documents available to Nokia, apparently because the parties have agreed to make such documents available voluntarily."

Does the above change your analysis of how this may play out? JK
