DOES RMD/RMDM HAVE ANY REAL ASSETS?

Many of your postings discuss the value of the shares but I have not seen any today that discusses what hard assets the company may have? Like, do they have an actual office, with desks and other furniture and equipment? Do they have any bank accounts? Other than hopes and projections, what do they really have? I guess I could buy the stock and hope that it would go up in value, but does anyone really know anything about the company, what it does now as opposed to what it hopes to do, etc? Has Mr. Winters taken over Mr. Costonas' interest? Is the Ontario address for the company a real office or is it a mail drop with people answering the phone? I called and I asked for Georgio Costonis and a lady who answered said to hold on a minute and then she got back on the phone and said he was not in. I asked whether he is ever in and she refused to answer. She could not give out the address of the company or confirm that the address I had as the company's Ontario address is actually the address where a letter could be mailed to the company. I get google alerts and it seems that the company is often making news releases, but how can anyone verify the accuracy of the news releases? I would want answers before I pluck down a chunk of money at this time. Your responses will be appreciated.
