You can buy TSHL with Zecco. If it gets filled, well that is another story. I put in orders at Zecco and at ask it was not getting filled.

when using Zecco - you have to put the order in as a limit order. That's just one of their little protections.

Are you sure you aren't doing something wrong on Zecco? I use Zecco and have been trading TSHL with no problems.
