What brokerage actually has shares to purchase?

Scottrade doesn't (I actually got in through RPDI change), and they tell me I can't buy TSHL with Scottrade - ???

Just opened Zecco acct -- can't even find TSHL by searching, let alone purchase? Interestingly, I did find TSGCF:OTO -- another ticker change coming, or different company?
