Whoever has those deep pockets have pockets even deeper than you think. WAMUQ is probably just one of many "speculative" plays that it has going on. Just like you and me, they don't put all their eggs in one stock. They might even believe that the odds are not so good, but like us, think that the upside potential is great, like any penny stock. It's all a weighted average probability thing that I'm sure they've got all figured out.
