This news article is just another reiteration of everything that has been previously discussed here . . . simply stated -Wamu FDIC and JPM are in court to discuss who gets the 4.4B.

these $4.4B cash eventually have to be distributed to creditors that WM borrowed money from. even part of money give to FDIC, FDIC has to distribute to creditors as well.
