Janice, I guess I worded that wrong. Pink sheet companies can and some do file, but if you're trading pink, you're filing pink. That doesn't mean they have to file anything.
My point was they can't file AS an OTC while they are trading pink...pink is pink and whether they file or not, they still pink.
