The company says the float is X and never in the history of pinksheet stocks has a company ever lied about the float so "somebody must be short". I have seen 1000's of posters scream naked shorting on 100's of stocks, but I have never seen one instance where it turned out to be true. It's always dilution. 100% of the time.
