They have changed the rules on me recently as well. That is part of the reason why I can't try to flip any of my Wamuq holdings. I am waiting until the 'big news' then cashing out and taking my trading business elsewhere. They can keep my 401k though.

With TDA, if I give them a check it usually takes 3 days until I can use the funds, but I have them put a note in the system that I can use the funds immediately. I have to place the order over the phone but they let me use the funds right away.
