Hmmm... I did home appraisals for a while and one of the biggest issues I had with it was to make any money you had to be crooked.
These mortgage companies/lenders will not call you again to do another appraisal if you can't find "their value". I couldn't find the value they needed on multiple appraisals, although others could. I guess I just wasn't crooked enough to be in that field because if you find the value they need, even if way overinflated, they keep calling you back!
They need to get on some of these mortgage lenders and quit paying them "by the approval" and pay them a base salary, plus their bonus for every application, not approval!
