Dude, do you really think anyone here believes they will send us all checks once they take ownership of the $4.4B? The significance of the $4.4B is that it increases the likelyhood of WAMU emerging from BK and trading on the big board again and possibly being acquired. That is what we are investing in.. a WAMU that emerges from BK. Nobody here believes they will start divying up the $4.4B to the commons and then close up shop.
