I think we all know both parties agree...however, were I a bank or institution... I would not put my money in till it was turned over...that being said...I don't thin Monkish Bank & Trust qualifies...and I tend to be a bit more aggressive...
But, I have said over and over... this ends in a buy out or WAMUQ coming out of the BK...
Just my take...and I have put my money where my mouth is...
If I'm wrong...then I am wrong...it could happen...
I just don't think it will...
I know some say big money isn't buying...but that's just not true...we have all seen L2's will multi-million hsares go through at once...some big money is in...
And we are certain that some funds have loaded as some have sold...
