Seems to me, the real question is if JPM bought the good assets then wamuq will end up owning the 4.4B cash plus whatever assets that JPM didn't want. So, those assets may not be worth much.
Given that 4.4B cash is awarded to wamuq, how much are the liabilities to creditors? These are the questions that can't be answered at this time, imo. Seems impossible, at this point, to determine the net worth of the corp. btw. if and when that determination is made, imo, there would be huge block moves either up or down from the money people on Wall Street.
