Why didn't they include WM!!!!! That is at least what they could do. The Treasury can buy a 100% stake in WAMU for $1.7B, then all the shareholders will receive $1 and then they did something good and not leave WM in the cold, the same story for Lehman shareholders. Why didn't they help WM and LEHM but now they're helping everybody even Bear Sterns receive $10 after the $2 deal.
