How could a holding company have a 5B deposit and not be able to get it?

They've already seperated the holding company (us)from the bank...so we are no longer affiliated....sounds like a slam dunk to me....no matter how you slice it, it's ours!

I could only wonder how they could even possibly lay claim to someone elses money ...no way....they've taken enough already without paying.
