yes, this is right, but it is also probably true that most , ie more than 70 percent have already ocurred.
the numbers are not mine, and they are not a belief. they are data given to me. but the data may not be current, it might not be representative and I dont have full info on collection and processing numbers
on the other hand I think this is what is generally reported in the mortgage wires.
