Short answer...first..welcome...

Second.. this play isn't about the next few days or even weeks...

We are looking for the true valuation to come back based on their assetts...which we here at the board generally estimate to be about 17 Billion...

OR

The get bought out and we are instantly in dollar + land...

I will not trade more than 50% of my position at any time...as I will not be out if the stock gets halted for major news such as I have mentioned...

"why hasn't the market incorporated this into the price?" - just to single out that point:

I think you have people playing this that fall into the following categories:

1. People that have done their DD and think they know what is going on and value the assets minus the debt as resulting in value for common shareholders. (I and others in here fall into that category and we are the speculators).
2. People that do know for a fact what is going on and know that .10 is a joke and are buying all they can at the bid while others sell.
3. People selling still that may be old WM shareholders before this went pink that don't see any light at the end of the tunnel or don't understand because they can't do their own DD and just want out.

I think a combination of doing ones' own DD and also following what the big money is doing (blatantly buying big at .10 and .11 over the last two days) is probably a model for success in this play.
