Maybe the Transfer Agent can shed some light. Thats where the buck usually stops in cases like this. I found this info on the T/A on pinksheets.com - I will find the number for these guys and call later today and report back to the board.

Technically, you can still trade FSMH, but not many people are.

That is right. I sent Scottrade an email on this and they said that they see nothing from FSBO that they have done a R/S or a R/M. I am assuming they have not filed it yet.
