What will he think when the JPO issues the patents regarding the Matsushita licensing? Will that also trigger other Asians to license? I think he taking a chance and could miss a large move up.

Someone put it really well a while back. Singles and Doubles. We're getting singles and doubles. Enough of those and the tide of the game will be in our favor. Before you know it or before the investment community knows it, the game will be won by us. We've got some good base hits, the grand slam homer may never come, and I prefer it that way. One day, when we've establish recurring royalities in over 20% or 30% of the market, the rest of the makret will have to follow. You may very will have the big run up before NOK or SAM when IDCC signs up more strategic partners. It could be a 10% market share company that puts us over the top as far as the investment communty is concerned, a nice triple. Or a few 5% percenters. OR, when NEC is established as the new 3G market handset leader. NOK will have to pay us 3G rates. SAM will have to pay them as well. I think the way this stock plays out is not how everyone expected it to. A big homer and the stock shoots up 50 points in one or two days.
