Frankfurt usually does follow strong reaction from the US market. Sometimes they do have the opportunity to react to news b4 we do, but as a general rule, it follows, not leads.
bxb...I usually look at the Frankfurt exchange each morning as well, but imo their overall activity and fluctuations generally don't say too much about what happens here. The volume is so insignificant it is hard to apply any positive or negative to what what happen for us each day.
