Well there is one known new assets that you have not calculated into that .0012 per share value you are giving and that is the 12,525,974 Shares without counting the 3 million note that adds $0.0061 to the projected values based on the Last known outstanding shares at 1,552,265,830 and as of close today based on the ACLE shares at .75 per share.
